- October 15th – Deadline to file extended personal returns
- November 15th – Estimated closure date for e-filing returns
- November 26-28th – Office closed for Thanksgiving
- December 22-January 2nd – Office closed for the holidays
- January 15th – 4th quarter estimated taxes due
- January 15th – Estimated opening date for e-filing returns
Important Tax Updates
The ability to e-file taxes is anticipated to close around November 10, 2025 and will not open up until around January 15, 2026.
What does this mean for you? If you have not paid your invoice and signed your taxes by November 10th, your return must be mailed into the IRS.
Booda Halloween
This year DLC will be back at Booda Fest, October 25th at Buda City Park, dressed up as the Ghostbusters!

- Tax Moves – Buy equipment before December 31st for deductions.
- Estimated Taxes – Q4 payments due January 15th.
- Retirement – Max out contributions for tax savings.
- Finances – Review your books and P&L. Reach out to us if these need any cleanup.
